Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup barbecue sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray for the air fryer basket

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, barbecue sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for a few minutes.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the marinated chicken in a single layer, without overcrowding.
  • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and develops a golden-brown color.
  • Let the chicken bites rest for a few minutes before serving hot.
