Tried and True Skinny Poolside Dip
A light, creamy, and flavor-packed dip made with fat-free cream cheese, crunchy veggies, and Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning. Ready in 10 minutes and perfect for parties, poolside snacking, game day, and everything in between.

- 1 red pepper, diced
- 2 jalapeños (unseeded), diced
- 1 can of corn, drained
- 1/2 can diced olives
- 16 oz fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dip seasoning mix
Dice the red pepper and jalapeños. Drain the corn and olives.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced red pepper, jalapeños, corn, and olives. Stir to mix evenly.
Add the softened fat-free cream cheese to the bowl. Mix until fully combined and creamy.
Sprinkle the Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning packet over the mixture and stir thoroughly until evenly distributed.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve immediately with crackers, pita chips, or raw veggies - or refrigerate for 30 minutes for a cooler, more flavorful dip.
- For less heat: Remove jalapeño seeds before dicing.
